Kichler Chandeliers: Almost 400 Models!
At the time of writing, 381 models of Kichler chandeliers are available, each of which come in different styles of traditional, transitional and contemporary designs. These chandeliers are priced between $90 and $29,850, depending on the chandelier type. However, there are also cheaper Kichler chandeliers selling for less than $1000, which are known as a Chandelette or miniature chandelier. These models are lighter and smaller in size but lack none of the style and quality of their larger counterparts.
Kichler Chandelier Features
A Kichler chandelier is complemented with three different types of fittings such as glass, shades and also candles for that ‘olde’ time effect. Furthermore, the wide range of finishes extend across bronze and gold of different varieties, giving each chandelier a certain uniqueness that is unabated by time. They have also replaced conventional drip pans with etched glass designs with transparent crystals in various forms of bowls, flower replicas and candlesticks. Taking it a step further, Kichler also brings forth a range of chandeliers made from hand-painted glass, for that authentic and unique feeling. Apart from that, each of their chandeliers can support from 3 lights up to 28 lights. In fact, the largest of these weighs around 850 pounds!
Kichler’s transitional style of chandeliers boasts of a more remarkable range of distinctive designs from shades of bamboo to lighting fittings of clam shells, transparent tulips and antler-like designs. These descriptions do no justice to the visual comparisons of the actual chandeliers, yet the remarkable list of different decorated glass does form a good impression. In fact, the umber-etched, satin-etched, citrine glass, stone resin, silver mica and tea dust are just some of the numerous variations of glass decoration that are available. Metal finishes such as Tuscan gold, Ravenna, patina gilded gold, legacy bronze and seine crackle also contribute to the illuminating process of Kichler chandeliers.
